Promoted as a health product to help fight aging and improve digestion, Ultra Chlorophyll from Ultra6 Nutrition is our second choice. This brand only sells liquid supplements so a liquid chlorophyll supplement fits in well with their other products. But does this manufacturer of liquid supplements really know how to make the best liquid chlorophyll?

Ultra Chlorophyll has many of the external qualifications we like to see for a supplement, such as a decent price, manufacturing in a safe laboratory, a satisfaction guarantee, and a bottle that lets you control dosing. Unfortunately, when it comes to what’s inside the bottle, we were disappointed.

When reviewing this product, we were surprised to see it advertised as having better absorption, being that our research indicated a lower absorption level than other liquid chlorophyll supplements. We then read the non-bolded script and realized they state it is more absorbable because it is a liquid as opposed to a capsule. Chloroglow Chlorophyll Detox Drops

Chloroglow claims that Chlorophyll Detox Drops can increase antioxidants, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and more. Chlorophyll products are the only supplements sold by Chloroglow. They use sodium copper chlorophyllin to make their products more absorbable but there were still some things we would have liked to see in the formula and some things we wish weren’t in the list of inactive ingredients.

We noticed that the instructions recommend up to 20 drops three times a day. This is more than both of our top picks and most of the products on the market. The reason we believe this has such a high dosage is that it is weakened with additives and therefore you need more in order to get the same effects as you could with less drops of a higher quality product. It is also worth noting that a larger serving size means you will go through the bottle faster and end up spending more in the long run.  

One thing we liked about this product is that the reviews were overall positive, indicating that customers are generally satisfied with this product. Additionally, this product is certified as organic. Unfortunately, it has no other certification, such as cGMP or FDA recognition.
